An Event Manager turned IT Specialist!

My professional journey began in the dynamic fitness market, where I served as an event manager, organizing engaging experiences for customers. Additionally, I dedicated myself to coaching children and adults in the realms of martial arts and basketball training. My love for sports instilled in me a drive for discipline, precision, and adaptability - qualities I carry with me into the realm of technology, spanning from networking and system administration to other diverse domains.

The COVID-19 pandemic brought about a pivotal moment in my life, compelling me to reevaluate my career path as I embraced fatherhood. In response to this challenge, I embarked on an ambitious journey to become a network engineer, turning a hobby of tinkering with technology into a professional pursuit. Through intensive online studies, I not only gained proficiency but also discovered a genuine passion for networking and technology.

I am currently pursuing a degree in System Administration to further expand my technical skill set, with a particular focus on networking and infrastructure management. In parallel, I actively work in my homelab, experimenting with various configurations and setups to deepen my understanding of networking principles and system administration practices. This hands-on experience, combined with my academic pursuits, equips me to stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving tech landscape.
